Who we are?
Giannis
Since I was a little boy I loved to hack my toys. When I was in highschool I studied materials technology where I had to built a lot of projects and that was when I realised that this was my path.
So eventually I studied furniture design and making, since I knew that was the job I want it to do from when I was a teenager.
When I finished my education I started working at furniture making industry and now I am in the set building industry.
But furniture is not the only thing that I am interested in.
I am always thinking, searching and of course creating ideas for building, programming, engineering, electronic, hacking, renovation and everything else that motivates me.
My drive derives from my need to combine art and crafts. Bringing different styles, eras to life by renovating old stuff or building new from scratch.

I think I got the gene from my parents. Both of them were fully artistic especially my mother, whom from a young age (at the 70's) started scratch books with tutorials from magazines of "how to" and diy.
Unfortunately I didn't decide wisely in which college I wanted to go. I studied financial and when I went to my first job I realized that this is not for me.
So I started going to seminars for a year to create jewellery and that was my beginning. I stayed to my work as an account but in my free time I started making jewellery for me, family and friends.
But what motivated me in making diy projects instead of jewellery was when I met Giannis. Everything started at our first get away from Athens to our gottage in an island near by called Salamina. This was an old house that our grandparents built in the 60's that needed renovation immediately. So we made it happen!
I do like to make jewellery but bringing things back to life, such as old furniture trully stolen my heart.
